CANCELLATION POLICY
A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you as a courtesy before you arrive. Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any spa packages and numerous treatments lasting longer than two hours require a 48-hour notice. Reservations that are canceled or rescheduled with insufficient notice may be charged up to the entire service value. Every reservation that is canceled will be charged at the full cost of the services. Terms of agreement for cancelations apply to Spa Parties.
